My ABC Train UPDATE Version 1.03. Why can’t I save any custom pictures? What can I do to fix this?

  1. We have found an inconvenient bug in the latest update of My ABC Train. The good news is that it can be remedied by simply deleting My ABC Train off of your iPhone. Then, go back to the App Store and "buy" it. The store will say you already own it and that it won’t cost you anything. Go ahead and install it again. You will have to customize again, but you will be able to save it properly now. It will work great after the reinstall.

  2. Or you can just delete the app on your device and  then reinstall from iTunes on your computer.

  3. Another option is to simply wait for version 1.04 which will be released within the next week.

  4. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! And will try our best to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.


Why can’t I hear any sound?

  1. Be sure to turn the ringer/volume up once the app starts and that the phone isn't set to mute (on the left side of your iPhone).

  2. Check the Ring/Silent switch button on the upper left corner of your iPhone and make sure that the orange dot is not showing. See P. 12 of the iPhone User Guide


Why is the app crashing on my iPhone or iTouch?

  1. Please make sure that you have upgraded to the latest versions of our applications.  When you visit the app store on your device, (app store->updates), does it show application updates available?  The latest versions of each app are 1.04 (for Old MacDonald) and 1.2 (for 5 Little Monkeys).  We've made several updates to improve stability of the applications.
